Kids Taekwondo (Ages 6+)

From your child's very first class at Movement Family Martial Arts, they'll learn important life lessons about respect, confidence, and perseverance. Adult Taekwondo

Our Adult Taekwondo classes offer professional instruction that doesn't leave anyone behind. We're helping people all across Indian Trail find success one step at a time. Little Ninjas (Ages 3-5)

Our team at Movement Family Martial Arts is proud to bring high-quality Little Ninjas training to Indian Trail. Our classes teach the fundamentals of Taekwondo while also instilling strong core values, leadership skills, and giving kids from across our community the chance to connect with new friends and mentors.

Krav Maga

Krav Maga is practical, efficient, and focused on real-world self-defense. It teaches effective techniques for defending against multiple attackers, armed threats, and various dangerous situations. It builds confidence, resilience, and fitness.

Kickboxing

Our Monday Night Kickboxing Class is about 45 minutes and you can expect punching combos, various kicks, & full body exercises! This class is a HIIT class, meaning High Intensity Interval Training!

Yoga

Adults of all body types and skill levels are welcome. Bring a mat, towel, water and wear comfortable clothes. You deserve this opportunity for self-care. Namaste.

Afterschool Program

Our After School Program Provides A safe environment where your child can THRIVE. You shouldn't have to spend the last few hours of your workday worrying about where your child is and what they're doing.
