My kids LOVE summer camp! Master Matt and Ms. Leah are so amazing with the kids. The field trips are so much fun for them, but they especially like learning Martial Arts. Thank you for all that you do!

I had seen this place pop up on a number of birthday party recommendations. I wanted something different since my kiddos usually choose a bounce house or laser tag. For $80/hr Master Matt plans the party, and also includes pizza and waters!! We did a 30 min taekwondo lesson, 30 min group games, and a 30min Nerf war!!! It left 30 min for pizza and cake. I've had so many compliments. Master Matt was engaging and kept it fun and really involved each kiddo. Definitely highly recommend!!

The birthday parties here at Movement are "lit" as the kids say. We just had our son's birthday party here and it was great! I highly recommend a Nerf birthday party!!!! My son and all of his friends (and parents) had a blast.

Our daughter loves Movement Fitness martial arts! It is incredible to see how she has gone from being uncoordinated to learninf discipline and mastering the small sequential forms. Master Matt takes time to explain things, his patience is unmatched when it comes to children and their attention spans. He goes with the flow but also brings them back to focus every time. I highly recommend his classes for any child or adult as he is funny, he makes physical activity and self defense fun!

My son has been here about a year and has grown immensely in his maturity and self confidence. He went from being shy and unwilling to “perform” in front of a group to being a leader in his classes. Matt and Leah are flexible with scheduling and great to work with. This school is great for ages 3-100 with all the different class options.
